Hello.
I was wondering if there still is use for a new server?because i wonth to start a simuler thing tike tlp, onley for more than 1 game. host servers and give online support on games!
if sombody is interested you can replay thx special_agent

It depends on what server specs you have (Ghz, Ram etc.) and what kind of internet conenction you have, if you want to host more then 1 game server on the same machine you cant run GlobalOps on it, or you must run a GO 10 players server on a P4 3.4Ghz so you will have cpu power left for another game.
GO uses as much as cpu as possible (depending on amount of set players and server bandwidth (serverbandwidth setting in GO is more related to cpu ticks then the actual bandwidth the server uses)). Games based on the Quake engine use about 25-35Mhz for each player, HalfLife engine games use about the same maybe even a little less.
