Mmh. I started to play GO a few years ago and at the time it was already a dying game. I thought i will stop quickly, but I was addicted... And still addicted. So i know i will play that d**n game until it dies completely. Maybe in 6 months, maybe in 2 years, maybe in 5... You see what I mean... But : TLP server and website are still actives, and for this I thank all those who participate in that "game-life", players, admins, barking dog studio( ) and others. Global ops is such a great on-line game, so if one day it dies for real, i will take care of his old bones until his last GO GO GO (:

Gotta agree with Soulfly that it's quite dead nowadays. We (atleast me and i know Soulfly) have answered this question like 10 times in the past... and after the first one it has been the same: ppl leave ppl come back and new ones get the game some way etc. But for meh it's quite dead I mean theres only public games going on etc. There just aint enough players to create clans which are needed to form some sort of ladder. Ive given up hope many years ago. But then on the other hand ive managed to get few PK lads to remeness how great game GO was/is. Just a week ago there were like 5 PK members playing at the same time And few others have played alone. And from those 5 4 played in clan WSF Now its time to eat something...

Thx to sentenza for understanding all the poetry of my message... ^^ Well, he's obviously French to... And I'd also have to say that GO have been dead for ages, sadly. It probably died whit the last season of EFL, although it pretty much had been rather numb for sometime before that to. I for sure will keep playing now and then aslong there still are a server up.

I think you all rather pessimistic... 1st there is in whole 3 sometimes 4 available servers so a total of 48/64 places at most. I dont know how many players play regularly (at least once by week), it would be necessary to make an average upon 2 months with the IP to have an exact figure but I thinks that there is hundred at least, is enough to fill one or two servers in the rush hours. If there was players' double it would be good to fill a little more servers in the afternoons but it would also pose problems of place in the evening... I prefer all the same what there are a little more players (it's for example very difficult to create the sixth/seventh big clan with 5 or 6 players - this is a disguised publicity - ;D). Then it's relatively easy to reconstitute a community, advertise ! ; if already each spoke about it has all his/her players' friends it would enable to make a lot of people come, of even if some motivated persons went on forums of other games of the same style as Counter-Strike and posted the link of tlp by speaking (pleasantly) about Global Ops many curious would install the game and a significant percentage would become addict... To finish this games have indisputable assets in relation to some other "stars" games, already it dates to the best period of the video games (2002), where games made big graphic progress while being little greedy in system resources, what enable to have many players of country as Poland, Hungary, Brazil, etc... (where the internet connections are not always optimal i think ). Furthermore it benefits from a reactive community and from a supervision almost personalized thanks to the modest number of players. And above all it's a very simple and pleasant game, ; so much reason for believing that this game have still numerous years in front of it !
