d**n I typed out a long post just for IE to crash ...
Anyway, yes Enemy Mine has its flaws, but if you didnt already know, it is the only map I've ever made for any game and was bound to have its problems. The wall sniping is no different from Antarctica, by far the most played map. The time needed to push the buttons is twice as long as I wanted due to a bug in Dev mode (used to test the map), and unfortunately some llamas like to get into the rock in front of the garage (blame BDS for that, its the same as on any other map in GO). The round time should have been 15 minutes instead of 10, and the button in the garage should have been placed with the other 2, with the security door nearest the wooden barrier removed.
Unfortunately, I lost the world file shortly after releasing the map, so I was not able to fix the bugs. I still hate myself for that (among other things ). However for my first effort I think it's really good and I'm quite happy with it. If you work as a team and play smart, the attacking side can still have as good a chance at winning as the Red Squad on Argentina. The main choke point is the garage door, much like the security doors on Argentina once you have taken the cross and are trying to extract it.
Anyway, thanks to everyone who has enjoyed Enemy Mine, and if you don't like it, thats fine too. Everyone likes something different.
Now, seeing as its been out for around a year now, I think its time to reveal the secret room to all that have not yet found it. If you still want to find it yourself, dont read any further.
SPOILER: Join the 'DarkSyde' team. If the round just started, go to where the chopper comes in and you respawn. From the respawn area, go down the left tunnel (the one leading to the office with the objective), and when you drop off the little ledge at the end of that tunnel, move into the corner in front of you and to the right. Duck and shoot the wall on your right side until it breaks open, and crouch/walk through. Congrats, 'enjoy the show'.
